Aprendí a cocinar en casa con mi abuela y mi madre. Después me formé en la escuela hotelera y trabajé en restaurantes y hoteles 5* de lujo, donde consolidé técnica, disciplina y visión internacional.

Valerio really helped to make my mum and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary truly memorable. From the very start, he was communicative and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for our celebration. On the day, he was ahead of time, really professional and made everyone feel totally relaxed and at ease. The food was just sublime. It was presented beautifully and there was plenty left to enjoy afterwards. Valerio even brought special anniversary celebration decorations for my parents and prepared spritzers for everyone. My family loved him and his partner and will remember the magic they created for a long time to come.
